2000 Ford 4 x 4 brush unit. This is our newest piece of equipment. The unit replaced our previous Dodge brush truck that was returned to the Pa. Forestry Dept. The brush has a 180 gallon water tank, 5 gallon Class A foam tank, and a medium pressure pump. It has a Ford power stroke diesel with an automatic transmission. It carries a full compliment of forest fire fighting gear including saws, leaf blowers, rakes, forestry hose, and various other hand tools. There also is a sprayer mounted beneath the driver's side front bumper for fire suppression.
